This outstanding silver and rhodium plated pinwheel design features a lustrous faux pearl surrounded by a swirling spinning feathers. The brooch is secured with a roll-lock pin. Brooch is in good condition. It does have some darker areas where the silver has tarnished and the silver tone is completely off of one of the pinwheel and the price reflects this. It is still lovely and wearable.
