☛☛☛☛ RETURN POLICY

☛ Returns are accepted within 7 days on all items except for lingerie and swimsuits for obvious reasons or unless otherwise stated in the listing.

☛ Should you have a concern with your purchase, immediately contact me through email within 48 hours of receiving your package. Returns are not accepted after the 7-day timeframe. Because I buy and create according to fashion trends returns must be done quickly.

☛ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise outlined in my email conversation. Items that are returned without pre-approval cannot be refunded.

☛ Hang tags must be securely attached and untampered with for returns and exchanges. Returned items that have been worn beyond “trying on”, damaged, or washed will not be refunded/exchanged because of the delicacy of the items since they are in fact vintage antiques.

☛ Precise measurements and descriptions are listed for each item for your benefit. Returns due to poor fit/description issues are refunded only the amount paid for the item. Shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will not be provided unless an error was made in the listing. Please read an item’s description carefully and correspond with questions/concerns about the condition/size/color of an item so that I can assist you in making the best choice before you purchase.

☛☛☛☛ SHIPPING POLICIES

☛ All orders are safely packaged in sturdy waterproof mailing bags or boxes with tracking, delivery confirmation, or customs declaration numbers. I will always try to ship within 3 days after receiving payment (weather permitting). Domestic and International Orders are shipped daily through the USPS. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your item ships with a tracking number.

☛ I give multiple purchase discounts. Add more than one item to your shopping cart to reflect the shipping discount. If you have any questions about shipping please do not hesitate to ask.
DOMESTIC: Packages ship via First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and/or tracking. If you would like to add insurance or upgrade shipping service, please message me for rates.
INTERNATIONAL: Packages ship First Class International up to four pounds. Over four pounds it ships Priority International, both with proof of mailing customs declaration number. If you would like to add a tracking number, insurance, or Express delivery, message me for rates. International buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes, duties/ VAT fees that may apply. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your package to arrive although some packages do arrive before this time frame depending on location.

☛☛☛☛ DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS:

If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or is delayed as a direct result of the postal system, I will fully assist you in locating your package with a tracking number or file a “Lost/Damaged Package” report on your behalf. In order to file a damage claim please save all the packing materials if your order arrives damaged. Packages that are returned due to any “non-delivery” reason are nonrefundable. Examples of this include but are not limited to fee/tax avoidance, attempted deliveries, items being held and not picked up, package refusal on delivery, etc.

☛ ☛ ☛ ☛ INFO ABOUT SIZING YOURSELF FOR A PERFECT FIT!
My Vintage collection consists of items handpicked by me. Each item is one of a kind and may have been previously worn and loved. As a result, they may show signs of minimal wear however, I only pick items in near-perfect condition with or with minimal visible damage. I endeavor to accurately describe the condition of all my pieces and will denote in product information any flaws, damages, and imperfections.

☛ Sizing and Measuring
Item measurements and sizing will be listed in the product information for each item. Since sizes vary considerably now from the back “then” please always consult the listed measurements above before making a purchase. Vintage sizes and shapes are not equivalent to contemporary sizes and shapes. Vintage garments were often custom tailored, sometimes altered from the labeled size, and cut much different than today’s clothing. To get the best fit from a vintage garment compare your measurements to those that are listed.

☛ ☛ ☛ ☛ A GUIDE TO MEASURING YOURSELF
Use a cloth tape to measure and measure yourself over the undergarments you plan to wear and NOT over your clothing. Example: If you plan to wear a special type of bra or perhaps a girdle under the garment, measure yourself while wearing these.

☛ BUST: Measure over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra

☛ UNDERBUST: Measure around the fullest part of your ribcage, about midway between your bust and waist

☛ WAIST: Measure around the smallest point of your waist where it naturally curves in
on the side

☛ HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure straight and even. This is usually about 8″-9″ below your waist

☛ SHOULDER TO WAIST: Measure from the top of your shoulder, where a normal shoulder seam would lie, down the front going over your bust to your waist

☛ SHOULDER WIDTH: Measure from the point where your shoulder begins
curving down into the arm, across your back, to the next shoulder point

☛ TOTAL LENGTH: Measure from the top of your shoulder, where a normal shoulder seam would lie, down the front going over your bust, to the point you want the garment to end at the hem

☛ ☛ All measurements are taken on the outside of the garment, laid upon
a flat surface, with wrinkles smoothed flat. Since everyone measures differently, measurements may vary and those listed are approximate. If you need a specific measurement, contact me BEFORE purchasing.

☛ ☛ ☛ ☛ THIS IS HOW I MEASURE AN ITEM:

Bust: Measured from armpit seam to armpit seam x2
Waist: Smallest point of the bodice (where the fabric curves in) x2
Hip: Widest point below waist x2
Total Length: Highest point of the shoulder seam where it meets the collar seam to hem.
Shoulder: Across the back, one shoulder seam to another
Sleeve: Measured from the top of the seam where it joins the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
Shoe Insoles: Measured from the interior, heel to toe tip
Shoe Width: Measured at the ball’s widest point, on the shoe’s exterior
